The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are described in a separate proposal, order form, or written agreement, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our website and services. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information; to supply materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner; to hold all necessary rights to any materials you provide to us; and to use our services and any deliverables in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party software and platforms to deliver our services, including HighLevel (gohighlevel.com), Framer (framer.com), Google, and others. Your use of certain deliverables may be subject to those providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of third-party services.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees, billing schedules, and any recurring charges are set out in your applicable proposal or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services and may accrue applicable fees.
6. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications and, where you opt in, marketing communications by email, SMS, and phone, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, tools, templates, processes, and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables as specified in your agreement. Our website content, brand, logos, and templates are owned by Tech Carpenters and may not be copied, resold, or reused without our written permission.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, search rankings, revenue, lead volume, or performance. Any examples, statistics, or projections are illustrative only and are not promises of results.
9. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Carpenters and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Carpenters LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the content or materials you provide, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tech Carpenters LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
