What we provide

Website design, build, hosting and ongoing maintenance, as described in the plan you signed up to. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page and in your portal.

What you own

You own your domain, your content, and your data. If you leave, you take them with you. We will not hold your domain hostage — we never register it in our own name.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period.

Our responsibilities

We keep your site running and apply security updates. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages outside our control.
